Alex’s “War Story”:
“When I worked as a corporate attorney at a large law firm, I represented the biggest private venture capital firm in New York on many deals. Seeing the transaction from the perspective of the venture capital firm gave me important insights into these types of deals. As a small law firm, we are asked more often to represent the company that seeks venture capital. My big firm experience is invaluable in these situations. I know exactly what conditions the venture capital firm can and cannot live without. This translates into the best possible deals for my clients.”
