Alexander Suslensky spent many years working as an attorney at large New York City law firms. Mr. Suslensky enjoyed the high level of service provided at these firms, but he was frustrated with too many instances of inefficiency, over-billing and little concern about clients’ needs. As a result, in 2002, he formed the Law Firm of Alexander Suslensky, P.C. Given Mr. Suslensky’s experience and dedication to his clients, the firm is able to provide service that’s on par with large firms but is also available to individuals at reasonable prices.
Today, the Law Firm of Alexander Suslensky, P.C. continues to serve its clients ranging from first-time individual home buyers to corporations with hundreds of employees. The firm represents clients on real estate and business transactions in New York and New Jersey. Our clients’ consistent displays of gratitude and appreciation confirm the value that we provide.
Alexander Suslensky was born in the Moldovan Republic of the U.S.S.R. and is fluent in Russian. “Alex”, as he is known to his friends and clients, grew up in Brooklyn, New York and Bergen County, New Jersey. He graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Rutgers College, worked at Goldman Sachs and then earned a J.D. from Fordham Law School.
Alex has served on the NYC Bar Association Committee on Cooperative and Condominium Law as Chairman of its Subcommittee on Forms and Subcommittee on Offering Plans. He has been featured frequently in The New York Times Real Estate Section and has presented lectures on a wide variety of real estate topics at the New York County Lawyers’ Association, as well as a number of other venues throughout the city.
Alex has lived in Manhattan since 1994. Away from the office, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter the most, but he is also an avid cyclist and a former amateur racer.
